It makes a target opponent reveal their hand and lets you exile a nonland card from it, with Delirium adding a search-and-exile effect across that player's graveyard, hand, and library for cards with the same name. The card is a disruptive hand- and graveyard-targeting spell that scales into a more powerful library exile when you have four or more card types among cards in your graveyard.
