Invasive Surgery (SIR-76) is an uncommon blue instant from the Shadows over Innistrad Remastered set. It counters a target sorcery spell and, if you have four or more card types among cards in your graveyard, lets you search that spell's controller’s graveyard, hand, and library for any number of cards with the same name and exile them. The card’s Delirium ability is checked after the spell is countered and will count that spell if it ends up in the graveyard.
