Accursed Witch // Infectious Curse (SIR-97) is a two-faced Magic card from Shadows over Innistrad Remastered that begins as a black Human Shaman creature and can transform into an Aura Curse. As the creature it makes opponents' spells that target it cost 1 less and when it dies it returns transformed attached to a chosen opponent as Infectious Curse. As the back face it enchants a player, reduces the cost of your spells that target that player by 1, and causes that player to lose 1 life while you gain 1 life at their upkeep.
