Tamiyo's Journal (PSOI-265s foil) is a Legendary Artifact promo from Shadows over Innistrad. At the beginning of your upkeep it investigates to create Clue tokens, and you can tap it and sacrifice three Clues to search your library for a card and put it into your hand. Its role in decks is as a long-term engine for card advantage and tutoring that requires generating or having access to multiple Clue artifacts.
