Torrent of Souls (SHM-199) is a hybrid black/red sorcery from Shadowmoor. It returns up to one creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield if any black mana was spent to cast it, and it gives creatures a target player controls +2/+0 and haste until end of turn if any red mana was spent to cast it. The spell can do both effects when both colors of mana are spent, so it functions as either a reanimation, a temporary combat boost, or both depending on how you pay its cost.
