Sinking Feeling (SHM-51 foil) is a common Enchantment — Aura from Shadowmoor that enchants a creature. The enchanted creature doesn’t untap during its controller’s untap step but gains an activated ability that lets its controller pay {1} and put a -1/-1 counter on it to untap. This lets you lock down opponents’ creatures while forcing them to choose between keeping power/toughness or regaining use of the creature.
