Counterbore (SHM 33) is a blue Instant from the Shadowmoor expansion. It counters a target spell and then lets you search that spell’s controller’s graveyard, hand, and library for all cards with the same name and exile them, after which that player shuffles. This effect can remove the countered card from the graveyard and optionally strip copies from hidden zones to disrupt future plays.
