Consign to Dream (SHM-32) is a common blue instant from the Shadowmoor set. It returns a target permanent to its owner’s hand, but if that permanent is red or green it is instead placed on top of its owner’s library. This effect can be used both defensively to remove threats temporarily and strategically to reorder opponents’ resources when color conditions are met.
