Grafted Skullcap (7ED #298, Rare) is an artifact from Seventh Edition that costs four mana. It causes you to draw an additional card at the beginning of your draw step and then forces you to discard your hand at the beginning of your end step. This creates a draw-then-discard engine that can be used for graveyard setup or combo synergies while presenting a significant hand-reset drawback.
