Adarkar Wastes (7ED 325, Foil) is a rare land from Seventh Edition that can tap for colorless or for white or blue with a one-point self-damage drawback. It provides flexible mana fixing for decks that need both white and blue but must accept the 1 damage when using colored mana. As a nonbasic dual land, it commonly supports two-color control and tempo strategies by smoothing early turns and fixing mana for multicolor spells.
