It distributes slime counters to opponents' creatures each end step and reduces their stats based on those counters while creating 1/1 Slug tokens when such creatures with slime die. It also provides a repeatable card-draw outlet by paying {U}{B} and sacrificing a Slug, offering card advantage and token sacrifice synergy.
