It gains a +1/+1 counter whenever you draw a card and later lets you draw that many cards when it leaves the battlefield. It has Partner with Pir, Imaginative Rascal, allowing players to search for Pir when Toothy enters the battlefield and to pair as commanders in the Commander format.
