Its +2 makes two 0/1 Thrull tokens, its +1 lets you optionally sacrifice another creature or planeswalker to draw cards and grants an extra draw if the sacrificed permanent was a commander. Its −10 is a powerful effect that gains control of all commanders and puts commanders from the command zone onto the battlefield under your control, and it can be chosen as your commander.
