Sorcerous Spyglass (SLD-693 foil) is an artifact reprinted in the Secret Lair Drop set. As it enters the battlefield you look at an opponent's hand and name a card, and activated abilities of sources with that name can't be activated unless they're mana abilities. The effect applies to those names regardless of what zone the card is in, and it can be used to disrupt opponents' key activated abilities.
