Phyrexian Metamorph (SLD-1758) is an artifact creature shapeshifter from the Secret Lair Drop set that can enter the battlefield as a copy of any artifact or creature already on the battlefield. It can be paid with Phyrexian mana, allowing you to cast it for either blue mana or by paying 2 life, and it enters as an artifact in addition to the copied permanent's types. This card is often used to copy powerful enter-the-battlefield effects or to flexibly become whatever your board needs, including noncreature artifacts when appropriate.
