Oppression (SLD-1424-normal) is a black Enchantment from the Secret Lair Drop release. It makes each player discard a card whenever any player casts a spell. As a symmetrical hand-disruption effect it can serve both as a tempo tool and as a way to fuel graveyard synergies in decks that want opponents (and themselves) to lose cards.
