Nezahal, Primal Tide (SLD-1268 foil) is a legendary creature Elder Dinosaur printed in the Secret Lair Drop set. It can't be countered, grants you no maximum hand size, and lets you draw a card whenever an opponent casts a noncreature spell. It also has a sacrifice-style activated ability to exile itself and return tapped at the next end step by discarding three cards, enabling reuse or protection effects.
