Description

Narset, Parter of Veils (SLD-508 foil) is a legendary blue planeswalker reprinted in the Secret Lair Drop. Its static ability limits each opponent to drawing at most one card per turn, and its −2 lets you dig four cards and reveal a noncreature, nonland to add to your hand. The card serves a control/disruption role by hampering opponents' card advantage while providing selective card filtering for the controller.
