At the beginning of your upkeep it checks creature power and then, in sequence, can put +1/+1 counters on each creature you control, grant 10 life, or cause you to win once progressively higher power thresholds are met. It functions as a late-game finisher or payoff piece in decks built around very large creatures and counter synergies.
