Her +1 tutors a Swamp from your library to hand, her −3 gives a target creature +X/+X or −X/−X where X equals your Swamps, and her −6 grants an emblem that lets your Swamps tap for four black mana. As a mono-black planeswalker she supports land-focused and mana-intensive black strategies by both finding basic Swamps and converting land count into large effects.
