It has flash, can't be countered, and triggers whenever you cast a spell to return either an opponent's spell or a nonland permanent to its owner's hand. Its large 7/8 body and repeatable tempo disruption make it a late-game finisher and a tool for tempo control in blue spells-matter or reactive decks.
