Its +1 grants a creature +1/+1 and first strike, vigilance, and lifelink until end of turn, its −2 puts a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control and a loyalty counter on each other planeswalker you control, and its −7 gives you an emblem that limits damage to you or your planeswalkers to 1 from each source. The card appears as a foil variant and carries the usual planeswalker loyalty mechanics for repeated activation each turn.
