Rock Jockey (SCG 101) is a Creature — Goblin from the Scourge expansion. It has casting and battlefield restrictions that prevent you from casting it if you've played a land that turn and prevent you from playing lands if it was cast that turn. These restrictions create a tempo tradeoff that can enable aggressive red strategies at the cost of foregone land drops.
