Dimensional Breach (SCG-9) is a rare white sorcery from the Scourge expansion. It exiles all permanents and then causes players to return one of their exiled cards to the battlefield at the beginning of each of their upkeeps for as long as those cards remain exiled. This creates a staggered, ownership-based reanimation process that can massively disrupt board states and pacing.
