Semblance Anvil (SOM-201) is an artifact from Scars of Mirrodin with Imprint. When it enters the battlefield you may exile a nonland card from your hand and it grants a continuous cost reduction for spells that share a card type with the exiled card. The reduction applies to the total cost (including X, additional, and alternative costs) but cannot reduce colored mana requirements and is mandatory when applicable.
