Clone Shell (SOM-143) is an Artifact Creature — Shapeshifter from the Scars of Mirrodin set. It has Imprint: when it enters you exile one of the top four cards of your library face down and when Clone Shell dies you flip that card and, if it’s a creature, put it onto the battlefield under your control. The card enables graveyard- and creature-cheating strategies by converting a temporarily exiled card into a potential permanent when it dies.
