Neverending Torment (SOK-83) is a rare black sorcery from Saviors of Kamigawa that carries the Epic keyword. Its primary effect exiles X cards from a target player's library where X equals the number of cards in your hand, then that player shuffles. The Epic ability causes you to copy the spell on each of your upkeeps for the rest of the game but prevents you from casting other spells thereafter.
