It forces a target creature to attack this turn if able and has Splice onto Arcane {R}, letting you add that effect to another Arcane spell by paying the splice cost and revealing this card. In decks it serves both as a one-mana combat trick to compel attacks and as a modular addition to other Arcane spells to increase aggression or enable combat-based synergies.
