Howling Mine (PS11-190) is an artifact reprinted in the Salvat 2011 series that grants an additional draw each player during their draw step if the artifact is untapped. Its static presence creates a triggered ability that, when it resolves at the start of a player's draw step, causes that player to draw one extra card. In multiplayer or card-advantage decks it serves as a repeatable group draw engine and can be combined with effects that untap artifacts or benefit from extra draws.
