Struggle for Sanity (E16) is a black sorcery from the Salvat 2005 reprint set. It repeatedly exiles cards from a target opponent’s revealed hand—first that player exiles one, then you exile one, and this repeats until the hand is empty—then that opponent returns only the cards they exiled and puts the rest into their graveyard. This effect can act as a disruptive hand-depletion tool and can selectively send many cards to graveyard while letting the opponent keep a limited subset.
