Lightning Coils (I37) is a rare artifact from the Salvat 2005 set. It accrues charge counters whenever a nontoken creature you control dies and can spend five or more to create that many 3/1 red Elemental tokens with haste that are exiled at the next end step. The card functions as a repeatable token generator that rewards boards with dying creatures and provides a short-lived burst of offense.
