Deflection (E37) is a rare Instant from the Salvat 2005 Spanish release. When it resolves you choose a new legal single target for a spell that has exactly one target, changing what that spell will affect. It is commonly used in blue decks to disrupt opponents by redirecting removal or other targeted spells to different spells or targets.
