Plaxcaster Frogling (GK2-122) is an uncommon blue-green Creature — Frog Mutant from the RNA Guild Kit. It enters the battlefield with three +1/+1 counters and can move those counters to other creatures as they enter via graft. For two mana it can make a creature that has a +1/+1 counter untargetable until end of turn, providing targeted protection.
