Power Sink (RQS 11) is a blue instant from the Rivals Quick Start Set that taxes a target spell with an X payment. If the spell's controller doesn't pay X, the spell is countered and that player taps all lands with mana abilities and loses all unspent mana. The effect can function as both a countermagic tool and a tempo play by denying mana and tapping lands when the extra payment isn't made.
