Induced Amnesia (RIX-40) is a blue enchantment from Rivals of Ixalan that targets a player when it enters the battlefield. When it enters, that player exiles their hand face down and then draws that many cards, preventing anyone from looking at the exiled cards. When Induced Amnesia is put into a graveyard from the battlefield, the previously exiled cards are returned to their owner's hand, creating a temporary but potentially disruptive exchange of information and resources.
