Bishop of Binding (RIX-2 Foil) is a Rare Creature — Vampire Cleric from the Rivals of Ixalan expansion. When it enters the battlefield it exiles an opponent's creature until Bishop of Binding leaves and, when it attacks, it can grant a target Vampire +X/+X equal to the exiled creature's power. It functions well in Vampire tribal builds by combining removal with a combat-oriented buff that converts the removed creature's power into offensive strength.
