Training Grounds (ROE-91) is a blue enchantment from Rise of the Eldrazi that reduces the activation costs of creatures you control. It lowers generic mana in those activation costs by two but never reduces an activation's total mana payment below one and doesn't affect colored or nonmana parts of costs. The card primarily enables more frequent or cheaper use of creature activated abilities, supporting combos and tempo plays.
