Cursed Rack (RIN-114) is an artifact from the Rinascimento set. As it enters the battlefield you choose an opponent and that chosen player's maximum hand size becomes four. The restriction forces that opponent to discard during their cleanup step if they exceed the reduced maximum, functioning as a hand-size tax in control or political decks.
