Inaction Injunction (RTR 41) is a blue sorcery from Return to Ravnica that uses the detain keyword. It detains a target opponent's creature, preventing it from attacking, blocking, or activating activated abilities until your next turn. It also replaces part of the card's effect by letting you draw a card after detaining the creature, providing card advantage and a tempo play.
