Blue Mana Battery (REN 112) is an uncommon artifact from the Renaissance set. It can accumulate charge counters for {2} and then be tapped to remove any number of counters to produce one {U} plus an additional {U} for each counter removed. The card can be tapped even with zero counters, letting it be used to both build charges and convert them into burst mana for blue spells.
