Plague Boiler (RAV-269) is a rare artifact from the Ravnica: City of Guilds expansion. It accumulates plague counters during upkeep and via a {1}{B}{G} activated ability, and when it reaches three or more plague counters you sacrifice it to destroy all nonland permanents. The card can be used as a board-reset threat that you can control timing of by adding or removing counters, enabling strategic plays around the sacrifice trigger.
