Incite Hysteria (RAV 132) is a red sorcery from Ravnica: City of Guilds that uses the Radiance keyword. When it resolves, it gives the targeted creature and each other creature that shares a color with it the ability “This creature can't block” until end of turn. The effect can shut down blockers across multiple creatures of the same color, often enabling combat damage or evasion plays.
