Eye of the Storm (RAV 48) is a rare blue enchantment from Ravnica: City of Guilds. Whenever a player casts an instant or sorcery, that spell is exiled and then the controller of Eye of the Storm copies every instant or sorcery exiled with it and may cast any of those copies without paying their mana costs. The effect creates repeating recursion and large value with cheap instants and sorceries, making it a combo or storm-style engine in many decks.
