Description

Lavinia, Azorius Renegade (RNA-189) is a two-mana legendary creature of the Azorius guild printed in Ravnica Allegiance. She prevents opponents from casting noncreature spells with mana value greater than the number of lands they control and counters spells cast without paying mana. As a low-cost deterrent she acts as tax and soft-lock tool against certain combo and storm strategies while offering a body that can block and trade early in the game.
