Psychic Theft (PCY-40) is a blue sorcery from the Prophecy set that targets a player and reveals their hand. You choose an instant or sorcery from that hand, exile it, and may cast it while it remains exiled, returning it to its owner at the next end step if you did not cast it. The card allows temporary access to an opponent's spells and can be used for disruption or to gain a one-time additional spell for yourself.
