Brutal Suppression (PCY-85) is a red Enchantment from the Prophecy set. It makes activated abilities of nontoken Rebels require an additional sacrifice of a land to activate. This card changes how opposing or your own Rebel creatures with activated abilities are used by adding a recurring resource cost.
