Apocalypse Chime (PTC-et101sb) is a rare artifact from the Pro Tour Collector Set. For {2} and tapping and sacrificing itself, it destroys all nontoken permanents with a name originally printed in the Homelands expansion and those permanents can’t be regenerated. The card is a reprint/memorabilia piece rather than a new tournament-legal printing.
