Piracy (P02-42) is a blue sorcery from Portal Second Age. Its effect lets you tap lands you don't control for mana until end of turn and that mana can only be spent to cast spells. This can enable casting multiple or larger blue spells off opponents' lands during a single turn and supports tempo or combo strategies that convert permission into spellcasting resources.
