Description

Narset, Parter of Veils (PWCS 2020-1 foil) is a legendary blue planeswalker that appeared as a Planeswalker Championship promo. Her static ability limits each opponent to drawing at most one card each turn, and her minus-two lets you dig four cards and reveal a noncreature, nonland to add to your hand. This card is commonly used to disrupt opponents' card advantage and to selectively tutor for noncreature spells in control and combo shells.
