Elspeth Resplendent (PWCS-2023-1 foil) is a Legendary Planeswalker card printed in the Planeswalker Championship Promos set. Its +1 places a +1/+1 counter and one chosen counter (flying, first strike, lifelink, or vigilance) on a creature, its −3 lets you reveal seven cards to put a permanent with mana value 3 or less onto the battlefield with a shield counter, and its −7 creates five 3/3 white Angel tokens with flying. The card is white, mana value 5, mythic rare foil promo art by Areku Nishiki and uses shield counters to provide conditional protection to permanents placed by the −3 ability.
